Instant lawn! What a wonderful concept! What a blessing it is not to be surrounded by mud this winter!
If I must water, at least I make the most of my time! (The house behind me is the new spec house built next door.)

We're getting a lot of rain this winter! That's good, because we had near drought conditions last winter. This is our view now, complete with a seasonal lake where the dairy cows graze in the summer. No one will be able to build in "our" valley and spoil our view!
